This machine is suitable for forming of iron wire, steel wire, glue wrapping line, stainless steel wire and non-ferrous wire (round, square, flat wire), square, round, hexagon, ellipse and various irregular shape plane and three-dimensional wire shape.
The main feature of this machine is that the wire can rotate (turn the wire), is a plane and three-dimensional wire bending machine, which can realize the forming and processing of various wire shapes. The forming action is mainly through the up and down movement of die head (internal / external mold) and 360 degree rotation and the rotation of wire rod, so as to realize the stereoscopic forming of wire rod. The movement and rotation of die head and the rotation of wire rod are controlled by the servo motor of the machine through special motion control system. At the same time, the machining accuracy is guaranteed, the forming speed is greatly increased, and the production efficiency and accuracy are effectively improved.
