This newly designed machine is specially for requirements of many kinds of different roller handles. As this machine requires no mold, versatile compact design allow it to produce hundreds of different angle shapes of roller handles. Feeding length can be up to 1000mm . Working principle: Shape was concrete through servo motor , no need mold, programmable, punching and ear stamping under control of hydraulic cylinders. Easy operation and fast shift time of changing models which reduce the cost . especially meeting the demand of 90 degree roller handle with high precision.
Roller brush is an indispensable tool for painting in daily architectural decoration engineering, which is used for painting walls, etc. At present, the roller brush on the market usually includes a roller brush head, a roller brush holder and a handle, wherein the roller brush head and the handle are respectively connected to both ends of the roller brush holder, and the three constitute the roller brush as a whole.
