This newly designed machine is specially for requirements of many kinds of different roller handles. As this machine requires no mold, versatile compact design ,it is possible to produce hundreds of different angle shapes of roller handles. Feeding length can be up to 650mm. Working principle: Shape was concrete through servo motor, no need mold, programmable, punching and ear stamping under control of hydraulic cylinders. Easy operation and fast shift time of changing molds which reduce the cost . especially meeting the demand of 90 degree roller handle with high precision.
