How does a 3D wire bending machine work?

The workflow of the automatic 3D CNC wire bending machine:

1. 1.Place the wire reel on the automatic wire feeding rack, activate the automatic wire feeding rack, and adjust the appropriate wire feeding speed.

2. The wire passes through the wire feeding hole of the wire bending machine host, through the wire feeding mechanism and straightening mechanism, until it reaches the bottom bending area.

3. The rotating arm of the wire bending machine is lifted and lowered to clamp the wire onto the corner core, causing the wire to stick to the plane of the corner head. The corner plate drives the corner knife to rotate and shape the wire.

4. After the product is formed, the rotary arm of the wire bending machine descends and leaves the wire, and the wire returns to the appropriate cutting area for cutting.

5. After the product wire is cut, it slides off the machine platform, and the operator collects the finished product for subsequent processing.
